current Scholarships, bursaries and other support
In line with our pursuit to support all students nationwide, we provide some pro bono and discounted services to UK state schools, as well as a host of scholarships, bursaries and financial support to school and undergraduate students. Some of these have eligibility criteria and others are open for all students to apply (including private schools).
Relaxed Snail's Academic Conference Scholarship
This is to support school or undergraduate students who have found an interesting academic conference to attend. This is not means tested and thus open to all students. We will cover ticket, travel, food, accommodation (if applicable) and any other reasonable costs to the total value of £500.00

Eligibility and application: To be a sixth form (or equivalent) or undergraduate student based in the UK; complete our application form
Total financial support: Up to the total value of £500.00 per student

Relaxed Snail's Educational Resource Bursary
This involves a one-off total payment of £250.00 per student, in order to help assist with any relevant educational resources (e.g. books, subscriptions, stationery, IT).

Relaxed Snail's Festina Lente Essay Award Fund
Each year we provide 25 free submissions to the Festina Lente Essay Award. This is for UK state schools that already offer this award to their students.
Deadline: Monday 12th December 2023
Eligibility and application: To be enrolled at a UK state school (sixth form or equivalent year group); complete the application form
Total financial support: Free submission to the Festina Lente Essay Award (value of £60.00 per submission)
